I am a contemporary visual artist, based in West Cornwall. My artistic practice is constantly evolving, and experimentation is at the heart of my work. I am trying to develop a critical practice which includes different forms of expression. Painting remains my primary means of expression.
Walking is a critical part of my practice, and the resulting familiarity with the landscape, means that I don’t have to be there to create new work in the studio.
I completed an MA in Fine Art Contemporary Practice at University College Falmouth in 2012, investigating the meaning of landscape and the process of painting. I am a member of the Oxford Art Society.
